Below are some information with regards to order placements, payment methods, delivery and general terms & conditions that customers will need to know.

Meet-up Areas
There is a minimum order of HK$300 for delivery to meet-up area. Unfortunately, as this is a small home baking business with limited resources, I can only do meetups at MTR stations along certain MTR lines except for wedding orders, whereby delivery to the wedding venue can be arranged based on return cab fare. NO meetups at Lo Wu and Lok Ma Chau stations and stations along Airport Express, Light Rail, Tung Chung Line, Disney Resort Line and West Rail Line.

No meet-ups/deliveries on Mondays and Public Holidays (self collection not affected).
Meet-ups will also be cancelled during Red Rainstorms or Typhoon 3 (T3) or higher for safety reasons. However, if Red Rainstorm or T3 signal is lowered 3 hours or more in advance of the scheduled meet-up time, your order will be provided.
Wedding deliveries may be re-arranged based on weather situation and time of reception on delivery day.

Cheque is to be deposited by customer at Hang Seng Bank's Quick Cheque Deposit and NOT given to courier on delivery/meet-up day.
Please make sure there are no errors when issuing cheque.
Delivery fee is to be paid together with order.
Please note that for delivery/meet-up, payment is strictly via bank transfer or cheque payment (only when payment is cleared then is order confirmed). NO cash transactions for delivery/meet-up.

No refund will be given if order is cancelled 3 days before order is due.

Everyday Cupcakes, Decorated Sugar Cookies, Packages & Doggy Treats:
7 days lead time is required FROM the day when:
a) order is confirmed by by 1pm (for cash payment)
b) payment is received by 1pm (for bank transfer)

Urgent orders (within 7 days) may still be accepted if there is still available baking slot.
Festive, Special Occasion & Novelty Cakes/Cupcakes/Decorated Sugar Cookies Favours:
For festive, special occasion and couture products (eg wedding, birthday), 2 weeks lead time is required from the day when order is confirmed to avoid disappointment. However, lead time may vary depending on season. I will try my best to accommodate you. If possible, allow 3-4 weeks prior to event date to go over all your order details (eg, decorations, food allergies, etc). The earlier you can confirm the date, the better. To confirm your date, 50% deposit is required. Cake order is fully confirmed only after full payment is made.
General:
All fresh food, except cookies and cakes covered in fondant, are advised to be consumed as soon as possible. Otherwise, please store them in the refrigerator especially where cream cheese frostings are used.
Goods sold are non-refunable and non-exchangeable.
Emails are generally answered within 48 hours, if not, customers will receive an auto-reply during the period I am not in Hong Kong. I seek your understanding in this matter. Thank you.
Please include order quantity, design request/enquiry, occasion/nature/date of event (if any), self-collection/meet-up, contact number and preferred MTR station in email.
